Field trips, special guests, pool and water days, arts + crafts, S.T.E.A.M projects, cooperative games and sports, and more! Curiosity and creativity while making friends and having fun. Wonders Summer Camp is offered in weekly sessions from June through August at Bethesda Elementary School in Bethesda, Maryland.
We provide a healthy morning and afternoon snack. We collaborate closely with families to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Summer Camp families are responsible for providing a bagged lunch for their camper(s).
Our experienced camp counselors plan cognitive-rich activities that will complement our emphasis on social- emotional learning (SEL) experiences and play-based learning. Our Summer Camp Leaders have years of experience offering high-quality summer camps.

Great Outdoors
Campers will discover the natural resources right outside our doors in nearby Capital Crescent Trail and other local trails. Not only will we be enjoying adventures in nature, but we will also learn the tenants of ‘Leave No Trace’ explorations, and create mini habitats to take home.
*Available at Little Falls location only*
Summer S.T.E.A.M.
We are not talking about the temperature! Campers will enjoy a week of play and exploration that encourages new discoveries, critical thinking, and enhanced observational skills during a hands-on/minds-on week of building and creating.
Superhero Academy
Campers Assemble! Not every superhero wears a cape (even though we will make capes and masks as well). Each camper will create their own persona and learn what it takes to serve the community with superhero qualities like respect and healthy choices. The week will culminate with graduation from our superhero academy.
Green Thumb Garden
Dirt, sun, seeds and water combine to teach campers about planning and nurturing a garden while promoting healthy eating. Campers will create their own mini-gardens to take home.
Wacky Olympics
Campers will challenge themselves and each other while playing fun-filled games and their favorite team sports. We will focus on building skills, playing respectfully, and leadership development.
