Wonders Staff Benefits
Competitive salary – approximately 80% of the Wonders annual budget is dedicated to staff compensation and benefits.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Care – enrollment options to meet your needs. Wonders pays 50% of an employee’s premium for most plans, increasing to 90% of the medical insurance premium with tenure.
Flex Spending Plan – employees may elect to use pre-tax earnings to cover medical, transportation, and dependent care costs
Paid time off (PTO) – starting at 15 days per year and increasing to 25 days per year. PTO may be used for vacation, sick, or personal leave.

Health Certificate completed by a health care provider.
TB test, if required.
