With the longer days and warm weather, summer is the perfect opportunity to have your child connect to nature. Their social, emotional, and physical health depends on this exposure to develop. Humans are hardwired to need nature—because we are part of it.” Read more here.

Wonders believes that a key to learning is to advance a child’s socio-emotional growth by physically connecting to the world around them. This summer our earliest learners and our summer campers have all started gardens. By growing a variety of plants the children tap into science and math skills in order to grow their gardens.
